This winter I made some photos of lakes that are around where I live. These are the lakes of the White Queen Castle . More known as the “Etangs de Comelles”. It is said that the castle is next to the lake is haunted by the White Queen.
This winter much snow fell which is quite rare. The lakes were also frozen. I used this moment to make some panoramic pictures and put those in a little movie.
The music was also made by me. Especially for me a way to test the new plugin that I just purchased called Garritan. You can also judge its quality.
The photos were taken with my old SLR. The assembly was done in After Effects and iMovie. Music in Ableton Live.
Wow what a picture.. If you look at it with concentration for lil long time then you can feel it like it’s live. I wish I could visit this place.
Hi slate. Thank you very much. In fact the 2 pictures you see are a mix of 5 or 6 pictures each. After that i merge them into a unique picture. I use after effect to make the snow and making the slooooooow motion. It’s true, when you see it fullscreen you can feel like it’s in front of you ;)
What a cool place. Dream to visit these place as soon as possible.
